About the Foundation

Established by the original owners and developers of the Teton Springs Resort, the Teton Springs Foundation has been a force for good in our community since 2001. In accordance with resort covenants, the Foundation built a granting fund from contributions equal to 1% of the land value on all residential real estate sales. As of 2016, Teton Springs Foundation is a separate entity and has invested funds in an endowment with the Community Foundation of Teton Valley. Foundation funds are then used to make awards to area non-profits based upon grant applications submitted, once per year, in December.

The Foundation is governed by Board of Trustees made up of local community members. We are a 501(c)(3) organization, and any donations made to TSF are tax deductible. We hope that you will consider supporting our efforts to assist local nonprofits with projects and programs that improve the services offered by our non-profit community, knowing that all grants are made exclusively to organizations serving Teton Valley, Idaho.
